At Draft Permit Solutions LLC, your Site Plans are made by professional draftsmen and Engineers who have years of experience. At Draft Permit Solutions LLC we refer and follow the County Development Codes for the Site plan requirements and Provide you with a professional Site Plan.
Site Plan once ordered and paid can only be returned/refunded if it is Rejected by the City/County department for the reason which needs to be the mistake made by Draft Permit Solutions LLC. The Emails from the City/County need to be preserved in order to prove the Rejection and its Cause.
The Refund/Redo can only be done within 90 days of the purchase.
PERMIT SITE PLAN - NOT A SURVEY
Draft Permit Solutions LLC uses authentic data from various government sources and GIS mapping solutions. We do not offer a site visit on the property for the Site Plan. All measurements should be verified by the client. If any changes are to be found between the Site plan and the Actual site, Draft Permit Solutions LLC will make the edits free of cost when asked by the customer, considering that the client provides the details and dimensions for the change. The Site Plan provided by Draft Permit Solutions LLC will not be Stamped, Signed, or Certified by any Certified or Registered Engineer, Architect, or Certified Authority. Draft Permit Solutions LLC always makes their best to be accurate as per the Data Available.
AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE
Draft Permit Solutions LLC believes that our work only ends when your plan gets approved. At Draft Permit Solutions LLC we are always here to make any updates to the Site Plan. Given that the changes are asked by the city/County and not because the Draft Permit Solutions LLC was provided with incorrect or insufficient data from the start. Any alterations requested to the Site Plan by the customer will be done free of cost unless the alterations are more than 30% work of the original Site Plan.
No alterations will be done after 90 days.
All the Email conversations from and to City/County are to be preserved to prove and better understand the changes they asked for.
